Privacy Policy.

Your trust matters. Learn how we handle and protect information when you use Foyer.

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

Foyer : Real Estate Hub (“Foyer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides customer relationship management and productivity tools designed for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use Foyer, including the Foyer mobile application, website, and related services.

1.Information We Collect

When you create and use a Foyer account, we may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, profile information, account preferences, and other information necessary to provide and maintain your account.

When using Foyer's customer relationship management features, users may choose to enter information relating to their business activities, such as contacts, opportunities, transactions, properties, tasks, activities, campaigns, communication templates, and related CRM information.

Foyer may also collect limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.

When you register for early access to Foyer through our website, we collect the name and email address you provide. We use this information to manage early-access registrations and communicate with you about Foyer's availability and related updates.

2.How We Use Information

We use information collected through Foyer to provide and operate the service; authenticate and maintain user accounts; store and synchronize CRM information across supported devices; provide task, workflow, communication, and automation features; maintain security and prevent misuse; troubleshoot technical issues; and improve the reliability and functionality of Foyer.

We do not sell personal information.

3.Google Account and Gmail Integration

Foyer may allow users to optionally connect a Google account to enable email features within Foyer.

Connecting a Google account for mailbox functionality is separate from using Google to sign in to Foyer. Users are not required to connect their Gmail account simply because they use Google Sign-In.

When a user chooses to connect a Google mailbox, Foyer requests only the Google permissions necessary to provide the requested email functionality.

For Gmail functionality, Foyer requests the gmail.send permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send) so that Foyer can send email on the user's behalf when the user uses Foyer features that require email delivery.

Foyer does not request permission to read a user's Gmail inbox, retrieve the contents of received Gmail messages, modify Gmail messages, or delete Gmail messages as part of this integration.

4.How Foyer Uses Google User Data

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide user-facing Foyer functionality authorized by the user.

Foyer does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, transfer Google user data to data brokers, or use Google user data to create, train, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Foyer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5.Google Authorization Credentials

When a user connects a supported mailbox, Foyer may securely retain authorization credentials necessary to maintain the connection and perform actions the user has authorized without requiring the user to reconnect each time.

These credentials are maintained in server-side systems and are not exposed as ordinary CRM data or stored in the Foyer mobile application as mailbox credentials. Foyer uses security controls designed to protect this information from unauthorized access.

Users may disconnect a connected mailbox through supported Foyer account settings. Disconnecting a mailbox disables Foyer's use of that mailbox connection and causes stored authorization credentials associated with that connection to be removed in accordance with Foyer's data-retention procedures.

6.Service Providers

Foyer uses third-party infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate the service. These may include services provided by Google, including Firebase and Google Cloud, for functions such as authentication, cloud data storage, backend processing, security, and application infrastructure.

When a user voluntarily connects a third-party service, such as Google, information may also be processed by that provider according to the permissions granted by the user and the provider's own privacy practices.

We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for their own independent advertising purposes.

Foyer uses Cloudflare Turnstile on its website to help prevent automated submissions and protect our services from abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information associated with security verification in accordance with its privacy practices.

7.Data Security

Foyer uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These safeguards include access controls and separation between user-accessible application data and sensitive server-side authorization information. Sensitive connected-mailbox credentials are designed to be protected using server-side encryption and restricted cloud permissions.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Foyer, maintain an active account, satisfy legitimate operational or security requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Users may request or initiate deletion of their Foyer account through supported account controls. Account deletion is designed to remove Foyer-owned account and CRM data associated with that account, subject to limited retention where required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate obligations.

Connected-mailbox authorization credentials are removed when the applicable mailbox connection is disconnected or when the associated account is deleted, subject to any limited retention required by law or necessary security procedures.

9.User Choices and Controls

Users may choose what CRM information they enter into Foyer and may choose whether to connect supported third-party services.

Google mailbox access is optional. Users may disconnect a connected Google mailbox through Foyer and may also manage or revoke access through their Google Account.

Revoking access may cause features that depend on the Google connection to stop functioning.

10.Children's Privacy

Foyer is a professional customer relationship management service and is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through accounts intended for use of the Foyer service.

11.Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Foyer develops, our practices change, or legal and regulatory requirements change.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate or required.

If our use of Google user data changes, we will update our disclosures and obtain additional authorization or consent where required before using Google user data for a materially different purpose.
